To get to steven faster (you will find him in meteor falls) you have to do the following: 1. Get 2 level 100 Relacinths and 2 level 100 Wailmers. 2. Ever wanted to clone your strongest or favorite pokemon in Emerald version? We will tell you how::
Head to the battle frontier and then to the battle tower.
Logon to the PC: Make sure BOX 9 is empty. Deposit the Pokemon you want to clone into Box 9.
Exit PC and Save game.
Withdraw the same pokemon you just deposited.
Go to the lady to your far right and start a battle, making sure it is an Open-Level Battle.
Select any 2 pokemon but do not select the Pokemon you wish to clone!
When the lady starts saving your game you will notice a Pause before the game is saved. Turn off Gameboy!
Reboot your game. In your party the original pokemon will be there. But in the empty box you will find the cloned pokemon.

If you want to beat the battle dome in the battle frontier then get belbum evolve him to metagross. make sure metagross is level 45. then catch registeel and train him to level 42. enter the battle dome. go to the single battle. enter. make sure the battle is level 50. when the lady says choose metagross then registeel. make sure metagross knows phycic, metalclaw, and hyper beam. then start the battle metagross is super strong! if he faints use registeel. use superpower. with this team you have a 60/30 percent chance of winning. good luck!

If you have a really beefed-up Fighting or Bug Type, you'll want to bring it along, as it will do well against all of the Dark Types Sidney packs. But if you didn't level up a Fighting Type, a good, strong mixed-bag team will work. If you've been leveling up a Mudkip all along, it will be one powerful Swampert by this battle, which will come in handy. Blaziken is a fine choice as well. Make sure you're paying attention to everything's dual type, so you aren't surprised by a strength in the midst of battle.

Elite Four: Phoebe
Phoebe brings mainly Ghost Types to the battle, so any Ghost or Dark Types that you have yourself will be a serious asset, but only if over Level 40. If you have a Steel Type, bring it along to absorb some blows if you get in a pinch and need to heal. If you have a souped-up Sharpedo, it is the perfect choice for this fight (and some others in the next four), as it delivers strong Dark-Type and Water attacks.
Again, if you have a superstar original Pok¿mon, you can weather a lot of this storm. Earthquake attacks work on the majority of this team, and you can drop them all with hardcore water attacks like Surf or Muddy Water. You don't have to play it by the book to win, but you must bring power.

Glacia is all about the Ice and Water Types, so the best you can do is bring some hefty Electric Types to the mix. Leave your Fire Types in the bag for this brawl.
If you don't have a lot of room in your six to diversify with Electric and Fighting Types, you can get away with slugging it out with a high-level Ice type of your own. I used a Walrein to Surf chunks of health away, then brought in another Pok¿mon to finish things off with Earthquakes. It took longer than I would have liked, but it got the job done. Just make sure your Pok¿mon are higher in level, or this fight could be over quickly.

The last of the Elite Four, Drake is a specialist in Dragon Types, which will make your job difficult indeed. If you have a good Ice-Type, like a Walrein, it will go a long way to beating up on this crew. A high-level Gyrados is a good idea as well. However, as we've stated before, if you don't have room for twelve different types, you can tough it out with some regular garden-variety Pok¿mon. If you have any powerful Pok¿mon on you team that knows a Dragon move, harp on that, as Dragon types are susceptible to their own brand of damage.

The Pok¿mon Champion is none other than Wallace. Wallace fields a team of super-strong Pok¿mon, but they are not invincible. Just make sure you keep switching Types, and don't get caught with a wrong-Type on the field. Don't get greedy. If you don't match up well, Wallace will make you pay.
If you selected a Treecko, the leveled-up Sceptile will be a superstar in this fight, especially because it has strong Grass-Type moves. Wallace has a lot of Water and Grass type Pokemon, so if you bring one strong Pokemon each of each of those, you should match up nicely. Swampert is also a useful ally here, because you'll have a similar type of Pokemon as many of the enemies. Use any Electricity and Grass attacks as often as possible, and don't be afraid to use all the Items you brought. This is what you're here for! Rock and roll.

This isn't a cheat, as explained in the title, but it is a useful tip. If you don't have a friend who wants to trade with you, then get both Versions of Pokemon (Ruby and Sapphire), and ask to borrow their gameboy. Get a link cable and trade by yourself! It works, so give it a try!

Johto starters:
After finishing the full 202 Pokemon of Hoenn, Professor Birch will call you on your Pokenav and say that he wants to give you a surprise. You can now choose one of the three Johto starters (Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile).
Mew:
The only way to get Mew in the game is by getting the Old Sea Chart. This is an item that is only available through a special event outside the game.
Rayquaza:
Go to Sky Pillar. When Groudon and Kyogre are fighting, he wakes up and stops the fight. Once you have done that, go back to Sky Pillar to find Rayquaza. You can get to Sky Pillar by going to Pacifidlog Town. Go right until you see a crack in the sea. Go into it. REMEMBER: Use a Master Ball on it.

Go to Lilycove City. Then, surf to Team Aqua's base. Keep walking around and you will see a room with four items. Try all the teleporters until you get to that room. The item on the top left is a Master Ball. you may also win it in th lilycove lottery.
Pokemon Virus:
To get the Pokemon Virus, go to Route 117 and battle until you think you have it . Then, go to Vandaserf's Pokemon Center and heal. If one of your Pokemon have it, after you heal a new message should appear. If you happen to get this rare disease it should make your Pokemon grow better. This virus is very contagious and can spread quickly. REMEMBER: This virus does not hurt your Pokemon. It should last about two days. After it has worn off, it will leave a small dot beside the Pokeball that you caught it with.
Easy gym wins:
Before you challenge a gym leader. find out the type of Pokemon they have. Try to find an advantage. For example, if you are battling a Rock Pokemon. send a Grass type Pokemon to fight. Also try to raise your Pokemon's level by at least 10. If you still cannot get the badge, raise the level more.
Go to Fortree city then go to route 119 .Go down all of the stairs then surf in diffirent areas useing the super rod then you with soon find it .
Defeat your dad then go home and your mom will give you an amulet coin if it is held you will get double money during any battle!

Get to Battle Frontier:
To get to the Battle Frontier, you must defeat the Elite Four with Pokemon only with your I.D. number. After you defeat them, you will get a ticket from your father to get to the Battle Frontier. The Battle Frontier is another region with fourteen more badges to collect.
There are seven gyms in the Battle Frontier. The seven gyms are the Battle Tube, Battle Dome, Battle Factory, Battle Arena, Battle Palace, Battle Pyramid, and Battle Tower. Each gym has two badges to collect.

All you need to do is find Interviewer Gabby and Ty on Routes 111 (directly above Mauville, past Trainer Hill), 118 (Surf East from Mauville and they are on the beach), or on Route 120 (keep going east from Fortree and they are at the far end). It is a great way to level up!
