Would Alienware, subsidary of Dell, qualify for discount?
My mom works for a law firm that represents dell. If I buy a computer through her we can get a 10-15 % discount for dell computers. I was thinking about getting a new laptop mostly for games and HD movies so i was looking at Alien Ware, but i didnt know if that would qualify for the discount. Course to get the final answer I would probably have to look into the terms of the discount but just as a guess, what do you think?

Choosing a Dell computer?
I have $2,000 in gift cards to spend on a dell laptop. I mainly use my comp to surf the net and play video games. I am looking at the Studio 15 with nearly all the upgrades and some extra software. I am also using a 25% discount code. If anyone has a better deal than that I would be appreciative. I would prefer to buy an Alienware machine but I can get more in the Studio Series ie; hard drive, memory and some other things. Just wondering if anyone knows how to get a better deal?

why can't i hear other people talking through my turtle beach headset ear force x1?
I need help i have the Ear force x1 for the xbox 360 and all the in game sounds work but i cant hear anyone talking or even voices when i listen to voice messages
Well theirs a few things:
1) Make sure your cords are all plugged in right into the system and your T.V.
2) Make sure your connecting cable to you controller and head set are plugged in.
3) Make sure you have the voice volume turn up.
4) Click the big X go all the way to the right and go to Preferences ---> Voice, then click "Both Speakers and Headset" its the 3rd option.
If none of that works then I'm not sure what else you can do.
